I teach Middle School Math and Science, as well as the Intro to Plant and Animal Systems class. I am  a 1997 alumna of Tidewater Academy and a 2001 graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Anthropology and a Minor in Psychology. I have been teaching for 7 years and my favorite subject to teach is Life Science, especially the chapter on Primatology since her favorite animals are the great apes! Outside of school, I manage our family's blueberry & pumpkin farm. I also enjoy traveling with my sons, Jake and Henry, and my husband, Steve. Our family goal is to visit every state together, and we have made it to 49 states so far!
