Yes, Tidewater Academy offers a variety of athletic teams at the Junior Varsity and Varsity levels. We are a member of the Virginia Colonial Conference (VCC), under the umbrella governing body Virginia Independent School Athletic Association (VISAA).

We do not have a full time nurse on staff, however, all staff are CPR/First Aid/AED trained. We are a Project Adam Licensed School and have a team of MAT (medication administration trained) staff, as well as, a crisis management team.
