Mrs. Deborah Seward was born and raised in Chatham, Virginia.  She attended and graduated high school from Hargrave Military Academy, Longwood College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Psychology, Virginia State University for Virginia Licensure to teach and College of William and Mary with a Master’s of Arts in Education and endorsed as a Reading Specialist, K-12. In her spare time, she likes to cook, read, gardening, and spending time with her daughter, son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons.
