Mrs. Carroll loves all things creative. She is just as excited to start a project as she is to finish it. She loves seeing art come to life in her art room. Her love and passion for the arts and her students is what fuels her fire every day! Mrs. Carroll is a military child who has traveled all over the world. She was born in California, but lived in Florida, North Carolina, Virginia and graduated high school in Puerto Rico. (Go Navy!) She has lived in Wakefield now for over thirty years and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree and an Associates Degree in Photography. She is married to Rossie Carroll and together they have two amazing children. Abbie (TA Class of '21) received her bachelor's degree in 2024 and her master's degree in 2025 from Radford University. Collin (TA Class of '23) is currently attending East Carolina University.
